Cleveland AI & Data Meetup
At the Cleveland AI & Data Spring Tech Showcase, Andy Halko spoke to a room of 70+ technologists, data scientists, and AI leaders about a topic that isn’t getting enough attention: how AI is changing human behavior. While most AI conversations focus inward on efficiency, automation, and cost reduction, Andy challenged the audience to look outward — at the buyer and user.
Drawing from themes in his talk AI Beyond the Enterprise, he explored how AI is reshaping expectations around speed, trust, effort, personalization, and decision-making. Today’s buyers don’t “research.” They prompt. They don’t simply trust vendors. They validate claims with AI. They don’t tolerate friction. They expect intelligent systems at every touchpoint.
The technical audience resonated strongly with the perspective that the real disruption isn’t just operational — it’s psychological. AI is becoming an invisible co-pilot in every buying and usage decision, and companies that fail to adapt their product, marketing, and sales experiences to this new human-plus-AI reality will struggle to compete in the decade ahead.
